Shipping

All orders received by midday are processed and shipped the same day excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, bank holidays and public holidays (all orders received after midday on Fridays are processed and shipped the following Tuesday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email and another notification when your order has shipped. 

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature which aims to deliver your order within 2-3 days. Delays may occur in the event of postal disruption or events outside our control.

At this time we only ship within the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Free packaging and delivery is available for orders over £50. Orders under £50 attract a packaging and delivery charge of £4.99.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@collagener8.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original and saleable condition. You are responsible for arranging the delivery of your return. We can refund the order amount (minus the packaging and delivery fee if this was paid by us) alternatively, an exchange for an alternative product can be made, in which case no packaging or delivery fees are levied. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at customerservice@collagener8.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
